Lunar Footprint Coverage Explorer kmz files load onto Earth, not Moon

Hi, first this service is very impressive.

 

I downloaded 3 different kmz files from the LFCE pages. They all opened fine. They just loaded their mapping data onto the Earth.

 

 

I don't know if maybe somehow this could have to do with my computer being a Linux system. I can't think of another explanation.

Hi,

 

The KMZ files do not have the planet loaded into them, just the footprints.  You just need to change Google Earth to display Moon instead of Earth.  Look for the planet icon at the top of Google Earth and select Moon,

Ah, that does work. I did try that before without luck, but I guess some part of that was wrong. Thanks.
