  2. Just wondering if there any automated method to make ratio image (I/F ratio or pixel-wise ratio) of MTRDR data. Since the image is projected, how to find denominator (or column median) in MTRDR data for extracting ratio spectra?
  3. October 23, 2023 MRO CRISM along track oversampled (ATO) log maximum likelihood (LML) processed s-data bundle has been loaded into ODE. 8. Hi, I understand that using CAT ENVI tool we can do ATP correction to an CRISM image by selecting a single image file each time. However, I need to use ATP correction for thousands of CRISM images. Just wondering if there is any way I can run batch ATP process multiple images without needing to select a single image at each time? Thank you, Emran

  11. Hello, For my thesis completion: I’m trying to calculate the color of a lab reference mineral with the summary parameters formulations as Viviano et al. (2014) did in this figure (9): For that, I used the relevant summary parameters formulations described in Viviano et al. (2014), table 2, and section 4. But first, to check that my calculations are correctly implemented (using Matlab), I tried to calculate them on an IF_TER cube to reproduce the same browse product as I would get if I opened it by the pre-calculated summary parameters bands in the SU_TER cube (as was shown originally in the data processing pipeline by Seelos et al. 2011). Unfortunately, it wasn’t a matching result. What could be the problem? I appreciate any help you can provide. Nathan

  16. I see that people are able to use Envi for CRISM analysis but I would prefer to use ERDAS as this is what my course has provided. The CRISM data appears to download as .img files and when I view these in ERDAS it says there are no bands in the information. Other systems, such as Jmars or PlanetServer don't meet my needs as I need to crop and buffer the data later in ArcGIS. When I search the problem "analysing CRISM data" the search brings me back to these systems. Can anyone give me advice on CRISM in ERDAS or point me in the direction of materials?

  25. Hello, How to correctly open and overlay map-projected HiRISE and CRISM products? I know that they both should have the same projection (with different pixel size/map scale/spatial resolution). But, unexpectedly they opened from the first pixel's location of the first opened raster layer and not accordingly and independently by the map coordinates of each rasters. See attached. Thanks, Nathan
