Thanks again @Feng in replying to my query. What do you mean by "the same base"? While mapping the S and L data of the same observation using CAT, won't the base be already same? Or Do I need to do adjust something manually? And by "combining the registered output", do you mean combining the generated plot values of both together (after getting the spectra of ROI of the geographically linked pixels)?

Hello Sehaj, If you want to get the full spectral profile from the L and S products, you can follow the similar procedure like MTRDR. Map project the S and L data, register the projected results on the same base, finally combine the registered output together. Directly combine S and L products is not correct.
