This is regarding Mini-RF Forerunner NASA instrument onboard Chandrayaan-1. I am trying to decode the Raw Packetized Data Record (PDR) in CCSDS format. I am able to decode all the auxiliary information. But when I am trying to decode Science data (echo data) in the packet, I am  not able to find information regarding complex samples. Nothing regarding the complex sample (individual I & Q) and BAQ is mentioned in data format (PDS Data Product Software Interface Specification: MRF-4008, page number 11).  In particular,
