How to open lunar m3 level 2 data in ENVI 5.0

M3T20090704T162420_V01_RFL.IMG, M3T20090704T162420_V03_LOC.IMG whenever I am trying to open these file I am getting error message, please help me how to open the file ! how to georeferenced the file also

Hello,

 

When you try to open the .img data files, do you also have the associated .hdr files downloaded? ENVI will need these other files to be able to read the .img data file. The .hdr files should have filenames that are identical to the .img data files except for the extension. Please let me know if this does not fix the issue!
