Sehaj Posted February 24 Posted February 24 Hello, Unlike limited MTRDR CRISM products available on Mars ODE, there are a plethora of TRDR products. I was wondering, after creating the Map product of TRDR using ENVI, can we join the two S and L products? Like, I am getting visible spectra by processing Visible Data (S product) and IR spectra of same ROI after processing Infrared Data (L Product). I want to get the full spectral profile (as we get from the MTRDR product. Can anyone help regarding this? Thanks in anticipation!
Feng Posted February 25 Posted February 25 Hello Sehaj, If you want to get the full spectral profile from the L and S products, you can follow the similar procedure like MTRDR. Map project the S and L data, register the projected results on the same base, finally combine the registered output together. Directly combine S and L products is not correct. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Feng
Sehaj Posted February 27 Author Posted February 27 Thanks again @Feng in replying to my query. What do you mean by "the same base"? While mapping the S and L data of the same observation using CAT, won't the base be already same? Or Do I need to do adjust something manually? And by "combining the registered output", do you mean combining the generated plot values of both together (after getting the spectra of ROI of the geographically linked pixels)?
Feng Posted February 28 Posted February 28 Hello Sehaj, What I mentioned is about the spatial reconciliation between S and L data. And before that, there are multiple corrections to conduct. For the detailed processing, you may follow the below processing flowchart: Thanks, Feng
Sehaj Posted March 5 Author Posted March 5 Okay, Many thanks! Yeah, I was looking at this slide from the CRISM workshop 2012, but couldn't find it in it (CRISM Post-TRR3 Processing and Products is available).
